I had been gaining weight but I always used to excuse myself from that, thinking the food nutritional facts are a lie(not actually) and my body is going to absorb all the right nutrition after all without caring for the right food. Well that believe was right for a part. The food nutrition facts label is not something I used to read a lot, but over the time I felt my body replying to the under or over nutrition that I took while filling my mouth with a taste even thought I cared for the food’s nutrients that I ate. It is said right that “Young enough to make mistakes, old enough to know better.”
There’s always a right way to do things. I did it all wrong by actually looking for food nutrition facts but rather I should always have looked for “Facts About Nutrition”. It’s like if yoga is good for you and you do it at midnight after feeling retarded from the day’s work, will that be fine? It’s quite understood that nutrition that you take will make up your health and help you live a healthy life but the right nutrition at the right time is what actually counts.
- The timing of the meal: What time of the day you eat your meals
- The frequency of meal: How many meals you eat
- Meal Spacing: How the meals are spaced out
- Macronutrient Split: How much protein, carbs, and fats are included
- Pre and Post Workout Meals: When you eat in accordance to your exercise routine.
Further more you basically have to keep track of the following nutrients(their ratios,types, in-take, and most importantly timings):

and you’ll feel the goodness of being health conscious or let’s just say nutrients conscious that’ll cover everything to a healthy living and being fit.
